- "Company," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to MANA Cleaning Management LTD.
- "Client," "You," "Your" refers to the person or entity booking or receiving our services.
- "Services" refers to all cleaning, maintenance, and related services provided by MANA Cleaning Management LTD.
- "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Bookings & Quotes
All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MANA Cleaning Management LTD. Quotes are provided based on the information supplied by the client. Any significant discrepancy in property size, condition, or requested tasks upon arrival may result in a revised quote or refusal of service.

3. Payment Terms
Full payment for services rendered is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept various payment methods, details of which will be provided upon booking. Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling of a confirmed booking. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

5. Customer Obligations
- To provide access to the property at the agreed time.
- To ensure a safe working environment for our staff.
- To communicate any specific requirements or areas of concern prior to the service commencement.
- To remove any valuable or fragile items from areas to be cleaned, or notify us of their presence.

6. Our Obligations
- To provide professional, high-quality cleaning services using trained and vetted staff.
- To use appropriate equipment and eco-friendly cleaning products where specified.
- To treat your property with the utmost care and respect.
- To adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations.

7. Liability
MANA Cleaning Management LTD holds public liability insurance for accidental damage to property caused by our operatives. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion and supported by photographic evidence where possible. We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or faults within the property, nor for items not explicitly brought to our attention as being fragile or valuable.

8. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion, and we will endeavor to rectify the issue at no additional charge.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
